Fun Floral w/mid-rise skirt

Love this top, very nice material but only wish the skirt bottom was high waisted as claimed. The skirt bottom is mid-rise coming just below the belly and does not come to the waist (and I'm short waisted). I have a high waisted black bottom from another suit and the top looks great with it so I can use it with that and feel good! L - 5'4" 148
