If you are looking for swimsuit that actually offers a bra insert, this one is better than most. It has an insert that goes all the way around your back so it will hold you in place. The bottoms are high waisted. Recommend13/2/2022

This tankini tub fits perfectly. I ordered a medium. It is very comfortable. I remove the bra cup inserts, but they are a nice touch anyhow.12/22/2022

Place tape measure around your rib cage and let it rest just under your bust for the most accurate measurement.
WAIST
Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.
HIPS
Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.
Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.
